Terms And Conditions:

The package cost includes:
  • Buffet Breakfast at a designated place in the Hotel
  • The room category will be the standard category
  • Pick and drop facility from the Hotel to the Conference venue and the Dinner venue will be provided by shuttle services.
  • Cost includes all Applicable Taxes.
  • The Residential Package for Single Room Occupancy includes Conference Registration Amount for 01 Delegate and Hotel Accommodation Charges for 03 or 04 Nights.
  • The Double Room Package with Registration of Accompanying Person includes Conference Registration Amount for 01 Delegate and 01 Accompanying Person, and Hotel Accommodation Charges for 03 or 04 Nights. The Accompanying Person can enter the Conference and the Dinner venue.
  • Double Room Package with Accompanying Person Not Registered includes Registration Amount for 01 Delegate and Hotel stay for 03 or 04 nights. The Accompanying Person cannot enter the Conference venue and the Dinner venue.
  • The Twin Room Package includes Registration Amount for 01 person and half of the Double Room Fare for 03 or 04 nights. This is subject to the acceptance of other Delegate who is ready to share the room.
  • Any additional night for Residential Packages will be charged on pro-rata basis
  • Registered spouses/accompanying persons & kids will be entertained and well looked after.
  • Additional Cost: Airport transfer with sedan car To & Fro (both side) costing @3350 per car

 

General Instructions:
  • Residential packages are subject to availability of Rooms. Delegates are requested to book their Room as early as possible.
  • All correspondence should be addressed to the Organising Chairman/ Secretary and Conference Secretariat.

 

Payment Options
  • Credit Card: To pay online visit the Conference Website at aoicon2017.com
  • Bank Transfer: Please enclose a copy of the Payment/ Transaction Advise obtained from your Bank with the Registration Form. This is necessary to identify and confirm your Payment. Registration Forms indicating payment by Bank Transfer but received without a copy of Payment/ Transaction Advice cannot be considered.
  • Demand Draft/ Cheques: All Cheques/ Demand Draft payments to be made in favour of “AOICON 2017 KOLKATA” payable at Kolkata. Delegate’s Name, Institute’s Address and Mobile Number should be written on the reverse of Cheque/ DD and to be sent to the Conference Head Office.

 

Confirmation of Payment
  • Accommodation and Registration Confirmation and a Receipt of payment will be sent to the registered Delegate by email.
  • Accommodation Forms without payment will not be accepted.
  • In case of payment by Cheque or Online Payment by Credit Cards, Registration Confirmation is subject to realisation of the cheque or the transferred money.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

(1) All cancellation requests must be sent in writing/email to the conference secretariat.

(2) 25% deduction charges will be applicable before 31st October 2016.

(3) 50% deduction charges will be applicable on and from 1st November 2016 to 15th January 2017

(4) 75% deduction charges will be applicable for any cancellation after 15th January 2017

(5) Refund will be made by at par cheque after 31st March 2017.
